Used these for a tempo run. The energy return is noticeably bouncy and the fit is secure without any heel slip. Great rep of a premium race shoe.
Upper mesh is super light and breathable. Plate response is real -- you feel the propulsion through the forefoot. A great training shoe at this price.
Good performance shoe. The foam stack is softer than the Adios Pro 3 and the plate is more linear which I like for longer runs. True to size for running shoes.
