UADepot sells sneakers and footwear. All product descriptions, sizing information, and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors in product listings. Products are sourced independently and are not supplied by or affiliated with the brands whose styles they reference.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in your selected currency (USD, CAD, EUR, or GBP). Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and cancel that item before dispatch.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed securely through PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Order Cancellation: Orders begin processing quickly. You may request a cancellation only before an order has been prepared for dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and all sales are final.
UADepot offers free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. UADepot is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please use the size guide on each product page and review the photos and description carefully before ordering. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Order Issues on Arrival: If an order arrives with the wrong item or a fault from shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We review each case individually and will do our best to put it right.
Every pair is quality-checked before dispatch and packed with care. Products are not covered by a manufacturer warranty. Normal wear, misuse, and damage occurring after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
All original content on the UADepot website, including text, graphics, logos created by us, and software, is the property of UADepot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
You may create an account to track orders and manage your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UADepot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
