Arc'teryx technical softshell construction on these climbing shorts is impressive. The articulated knees give great freedom on the wall.
Wore these bouldering and the softshell fabric grips well and stretches in all directions. The fit through the hip and thigh is dialed in.
These are technical climbing shorts done right. The waistband sits perfectly and the fabric is durable but flexible. One of my favorite purchases.
The softshell material is noticeably stiffer than regular shorts but in a good way - gives structure for movement. Sizing ran true for me.
