BBR factory's replica matches the engineering ambition of the original with its own top-spec build. The case is formed from imported NTPT carbon fibre, which replicates the original's distinctive layered wood-grain surface pattern and brings the total case weight to just 50 grams — a featherlight presence on the wrist even with the movement installed. Interior structural components and case-back hardware are machined from aerospace-grade titanium, with CNC tolerances tight enough that case-half gaps are imperceptible.
