How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, you can follow its progress at any time through your client area. Log in at uadepot.com, navigate to My Orders, and click the order number. The order detail page shows your current status, the tracking number (once dispatched), and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
Tracking numbers are added automatically when your parcel is handed to the courier. You will also receive an email notification at that point. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder or look directly in the client area — the number is always posted there first.
What Each Order Status Means
Processing
Your payment has been confirmed and our sourcing team has queued your item for fulfilment. For in-stock products this stage typically lasts 1–3 business days. Limited batches or items being sourced directly may take up to 5 business days. No action is needed from you during this time.
Quality Control (QC)
Before any pair or item leaves our warehouse, it goes through a multi-point inspection — stitching, sole bond, colourway accuracy, box label, and size verification. This is one of the most important stages of your order, and it is what separates a reliable replica supplier from a careless one. You can read more about our inspection standards on the Quality Assurance page. QC normally adds 1–2 business days to the timeline. If an item fails inspection it is either re-sourced or you are contacted for a resolution — we do not knowingly ship a defective item.
Dispatched
Your parcel has left our warehouse and been handed to the courier. You will receive a tracking number at this point. Allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to register the first scan — this is normal and does not mean the shipment is lost.
In Transit
The parcel is moving through the international logistics network. Typical transit times from overseas are:
- United States: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom / EU: 7–14 business days
- Australia / Canada: 10–18 business days
- Rest of world: 12–22 business days
These are averages — peak seasons (November, overseas New Year, Golden Week) can add 3–5 days. Tracking updates may appear in bursts rather than daily; a gap of 3–4 days between scans while the parcel is in transit is normal.
Customs Clearance
Your parcel has arrived in your country and is being processed by customs authorities. Most orders clear without any issue and without any duty demand. A small proportion — particularly higher-value shipments — may be held for inspection or a customs fee may be assessed depending on your country's import threshold. This stage usually resolves within 2–5 business days. We are not able to intervene in a customs process, but if your parcel is seized (very rare) please open a support ticket and we will discuss options with you.
Out for Delivery
The parcel is with your local courier and will be delivered that day or the next. Make sure someone is available at the delivery address, or check whether the carrier offers a safe-drop or redelivery option via their app.
Delivered
The carrier has recorded a successful delivery. If you cannot locate the parcel, check with neighbours and any safe-drop spots before contacting us. Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered up to 24 hours before it actually arrives — give it one business day before raising a concern.
What to Do If Tracking Stalls
A tracking number that shows no updates for several days can be alarming, but it is usually not a cause for concern. Here is a practical approach:
- Wait 5 business days from the last scan before treating it as a problem. Parcels frequently sit in sorting facilities for several days without a scan.
- Check the carrier's own website directly using your tracking number — third-party tracking aggregators sometimes lag by 48 hours or more.
- Confirm your delivery address in the client area is correct. A wrong postcode is the most common cause of failed delivery.
- Open a support ticket if there have been no updates for more than 7 business days and the estimated delivery window has passed. Include your order number and tracking number so we can contact the logistics partner on your behalf.
