Discreet, Neutral Packaging All orders leave our warehouse in plain, unmarked outer packaging. We do not use any branded boxes, logos, or descriptions that would draw attention to the contents. The shipping label lists the contents with generic commercial descriptions such as "sports shoes," "fashion accessories," or "textile goods" — nothing that references the replicated brand or style names. If duties are assessed, you will typically be contacted by your local postal or courier service before delivery. Payment is usually made directly to them, not to us. We are unable to reimburse import taxes or duties — these are government-imposed charges outside our control. If Your Parcel Is Held by Customs Customs holds are uncommon with our packaging approach, but they do occasionally happen. If your parcel is flagged, here is the practical step-by-step: Do not panic. A customs hold does not automatically mean seizure. Most held parcels are simply awaiting duty payment or additional documentation. Check your tracking. Your tracking number will show a customs status update. Log in to your order page or use the carrier's website directly. Respond promptly to any customs notice. If your local customs authority sends a letter or email requesting paperwork or duty payment, respond within the stated deadline. Ignoring notices can lead to the parcel being abandoned and destroyed. Contact us. If you are unsure what to do, reach out to our support team with your order number and the notice you received. We can advise on documentation where possible. Understand seizure risk. In rare cases, particularly for branded goods entering countries with active IP enforcement (notably within the EU and UK), parcels can be seized on trademark grounds.
