Shipping & Delivery: Times, Carriers and Free Worldwide Shipping Print

  • 0

Every order placed at UADEPOT includes free worldwide shipping — no minimum spend, no hidden fees added at checkout. Whether you are ordering a single pair of mirror-grade Nike replicas or a full haul of designer bag reps, the shipping cost is zero. This article explains exactly what happens between the moment you pay and the moment your package lands at your door.

Processing Time: QC and Dispatch

Before your order leaves our warehouse, every item goes through a quality-assurance check. Our QC team inspects stitching, sole bonding, colourway accuracy, box labels and accessories against the reference batch standards. This process typically takes 1–3 business days. For pre-order or limited-stock items the window can extend to 5 business days.

Once an item passes QC, it is packaged and handed to the forwarder. You will receive a tracking number by email at this point. If an item fails inspection we source a replacement unit and re-inspect before dispatch — this is rare but it does happen, and it is why we build the QC window into our timelines rather than quoting optimistic dispatch dates. You can read more about our inspection process on the Quality Assurance page.

Delivery Windows by Region

Transit times below are calculated from the date the parcel is handed to the carrier — they do not include the 1–3 day QC and dispatch window described above. Customs clearance in your country can add 2–5 additional business days and is outside our control.

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days (most parcels arrive closer to 10 days)
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • European Union (Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.): 8–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait): 7–12 business days
  • Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand): 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 12–25 business days

Adding QC time, dispatch, and transit together, a realistic end-to-end expectation is 1 to 4 weeks for the vast majority of destinations. The shorter end applies to well-connected routes like the US, UK and the Gulf; the longer end applies to more remote addresses or periods of high volume (major holidays, sale events).

Carriers and Forwarders

UADEPOT ships through a network of consolidators and direct-line carriers that specialise in cross-border e-commerce from overseas. The carrier assigned to your parcel depends on your destination country and the weight of your order. Common options include:

  • YunExpress — widely used for US, EU and UK deliveries; good tracking visibility
  • 4PX / CNE Express — strong coverage across Southeast Asia and the Middle East
  • PostNL line / ePacket-style services — used for lighter single-pair shipments to EU postal zones
  • DHL eCommerce (economy tier) — available for selected markets where speed is prioritised

Once your parcel reaches the destination country it is usually handed over to the national postal service (USPS in the US, Royal Mail in the UK, Deutsche Post in Germany, etc.) for last-mile delivery. Your tracking number works on the carrier's own website as well as universal trackers such as 17track.net or Parcelsapp.com.

Order Consolidation

If you order multiple items — say, a pair of Jordan 1 reps and a pair of New Balance replicas — we will attempt to consolidate them into a single shipment wherever possible. Consolidation reduces the number of packages you need to wait for and lowers the overall customs-inspection footprint. Items that are in stock and pass QC at the same time will ship together. If one item is delayed in QC we may dispatch the ready item separately and ship the second item once it clears, so you are not held up unnecessarily. In that case you will receive two tracking numbers.

Customs and Import Duties

Parcels are shipped as standard postal goods and declared at a low value to minimise customs attention. That said, import duties and VAT are the buyer's responsibility in countries where they apply. In practice, most personal-use shipments pass through customs without issue. For advice on specific country rules and what to expect, see our shipping guides on the blog.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking events can take 24–48 hours to appear after the number is issued, as the parcel may still be in the local consolidation hub. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after the first scan, contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier.

What If My Parcel Does Not Arrive?

In the uncommon event of a parcel being lost in transit or seized at customs, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We review each case individually and, where supported by the tracking evidence, we will arrange a replacement shipment. We recommend checking our QC and buyer protection information for the full terms. Our goal is for every customer to receive their order in perfect condition — we stand behind the products we ship.
