If an item fails any of these conditions when it arrives with you, we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund. No runaround.
Replacement & Refund Policy
What qualifies for a claim
- You received a visibly defective item (glue separation, broken zip, cracked midsole, clear stitching fault).
- You received the wrong model, size, or colourway.
- Your parcel arrived significantly damaged in transit and the item inside is affected.
How we resolve it
For valid claims we offer, at your choice: a free replacement shipped at no additional cost, or a full refund to your original payment method. We aim to process all resolutions within 3–5 business days of claim approval.
How to Open a Claim
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Here is the process:
- Photograph the issue clearly. Take 3–5 well-lit photos showing the defect or the wrong item side by side with your order confirmation. Include a shot of the packaging if transit damage is involved.
- Email us by opening a support ticket with your order number in the subject line and attach the photos.
- Wait for our review. Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours. We may ask one or two follow-up questions to confirm details.
- Choose your resolution. Once approved, tell us whether you prefer a replacement or a refund and we will action it immediately.
Clear, close-up photos are the single most important thing you can provide. They let us approve valid claims quickly and, where relevant, feed back into our quality assurance process to improve future batches.
Honest Limits — What We Do Not Cover
We are a replica retailer selling unauthorized reproductions. These are not brand-authorized products, so there is no manufacturer warranty from Nike, Adidas, Jordan Brand, or any other house whose design is being replicated. Please read the following carefully:
- No brand warranty: We cannot submit warranty claims to any brand on your behalf. These items are not affiliated with or licensed by the original brand.
- Wear and tear: Normal use over time — sole wear, creasing, colour fade — is not a defect and is not covered.
- Sizing preference: We strongly recommend checking our size guides before ordering. If your size fits but you prefer a different fit, that is not a defect claim. However, if we shipped the wrong size to what you ordered, that is covered.
- Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse on unworn items, unless agreed case-by-case.
- Customs seizure: In rare cases customs may detain or seize a parcel. We reship at our cost one time per order; a second seizure on the same order is outside our coverage.
