Our Commitment to Quality
Every order at UADEPOT goes through a quality assurance check before it leaves our warehouse. We inspect stitching, materials, box contents, and sizing against the original design specs. That said, we are an unauthorized replica operation — not a brand-authorized retailer — and we want to be upfront about what that means for returns, refunds, and dispute resolution.
Because shipments originate overseas and cross international customs, a straightforward "mail it back and get a refund" policy is not realistic. Return shipping costs often exceed the item's value, and customs complications make round-trips impractical. Instead, our resolution process is photo-based and compensation-focused, which is faster and more effective for most customers.
What Qualifies for a Claim
We take the following issues seriously and will work toward a fair resolution in every case:
- Wrong item shipped — You received a different colorway, size, or model than you ordered.
- Significant manufacturing defect — Visible glue stains, uneven outsoles, misaligned logos, broken hardware (on bags or watches), or obviously mismatched panels that were not present in the QC photos we send.
- QC miss — A flaw that our inspection should have caught but did not, confirmed by comparing your photos against the product's listing images and our QC standard for that batch.
- Missing items — Accessories, lace sets, dust bags, or box contents listed in the product description are absent.
- Damage in transit — Clear evidence that the courier caused structural damage (crushed box, broken strap hardware, cracked sole unit).
The following are generally outside our compensation policy: minor size disagreements where the correct size was shipped, slight colour variation due to screen calibration differences, preference changes after delivery, or wear and tear after the item has been used.
How to Open a Claim
Act quickly — claims must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery (as shown by your tracking number). After this window, we cannot guarantee a resolution.
- Photograph everything before unpacking fully. Take a short video or a photo of the sealed parcel, then document the unboxing. This protects you if there is transit damage.
- Capture the defect clearly. Good lighting, multiple angles, and a close-up of the specific issue. For sizing problems, photograph the size tag inside the shoe alongside a ruler or tape measure.
- Open a support ticket with your order number in the subject line, a description of the problem, and all photos attached. Alternatively, use the live chat widget on-site — include the same details.
- Wait for our QC team to review. We compare your images against the pre-shipment QC photos stored against your order. Most cases are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
- Receive our proposed resolution. We will come back to you with one of the options described below.
Resolution Options
Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, we offer the following:
- Replacement shipment — If the correct item is in stock (common for wrong-size or wrong-colorway cases), we will reship at no charge. Reshipment typically takes 7–14 business days to arrive, following the same free worldwide shipping route as the original order.
- Store credit — Applied to your account immediately and valid with no expiry. Use it toward anything in our catalogue — Nike reps, Jordans, designer bag replicas, mirror-grade watches, and more.
- Partial refund — For minor defects where the item is still wearable/usable, we may offer a partial monetary refund (typically 10–30% of the item price, assessed case by case) back to your original payment method.
- Full refund — Reserved for cases where the wrong item was shipped AND a replacement is not available, or where a defect makes the item entirely unusable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Batch and QC Variation — What to Expect

Sizing Disputes

Customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country's authorities are not refundable by UADEPOT, as these are imposed by your government and outside our control. In the rare event a parcel is seized by customs, contact us with the official seizure notice and we will discuss reshipment options — outcomes vary by country, and we will be honest with you about the risk level for your destination before you order.
