Delays happen. Replica orders cross international borders, pass through multiple carriers, and occasionally attract customs attention. This guide walks you through what is normal, what is not, and exactly what to do at each stage.
Normal Shipping Timelines
Before raising an alarm, check your order against these realistic benchmarks. Most parcels from our overseas warehouse move through these phases:
- Processing & dispatch: 1–3 business days after payment clears
- First tracking scan (overseas origin): 2–5 days after dispatch — the carrier sometimes holds batches before scanning
- In-transit to destination country: 7–18 days depending on route and carrier
- Customs clearance in destination country: 1–10 business days (most clear in under 3)
- Last-mile delivery after customs release: 2–7 business days
Total realistic window: 14–35 business days. During high-volume periods (November–January, overseas New Year) add 5–10 days to each phase.
Why Tracking Stalls — and What It Usually Means
No update for 5–10 days while in transit
This is the most common concern and almost always benign. Parcels moving by air freight spend long stretches in airline cargo holds or hub sorting facilities with no intermediate scans. The tracking will often jump several steps at once when the parcel resurfaces at the next facility. Wait at least 10 business days before treating a mid-transit silence as a problem.
Stuck on "Arrived at destination country" or "Customs clearance in progress"
This means your parcel is with the destination customs authority. The majority clear within 1–5 business days. A small percentage are held for physical inspection, which adds 5–15 days. Customs may also send you a letter requesting import duty payment or additional documentation — check your email and any postal correspondence carefully during this period.
"Return to sender" or "Refused entry"
In rare cases, customs authorities seize or return a parcel. If your tracking shows either of these statuses, contact our support team immediately with your order number and a screenshot of the tracking event.
What to Do at Each Stage
Days 1–35: Monitor and wait
Use the tracking link in your confirmation email daily. If tracking has not updated in more than 12 business days at any single status, open a support ticket — but do not request a reship yet. We first need to confirm with the carrier whether the parcel is moving.
If customs contacts you
Some countries require the recipient to pay import duties or fill in a declaration form before release. This is between you and your national customs authority — we cannot intervene on your behalf. Pay any assessed duty promptly, as unclaimed parcels are typically destroyed after 15–30 days. If you need an invoice or other documentation to satisfy customs, contact our support team and we will generate one.
After 40 business days with no delivery
If 40 business days have elapsed from the dispatch date and your parcel has not been delivered or returned, contact support. We will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost or seized, our reship policy applies (see below).
Our Reship Policy
We offer one complimentary reship per order under the following conditions:
- The original parcel is confirmed lost in transit (carrier investigation closed with no delivery)
- The parcel was seized at customs without option for recipient redemption
- At least 40 business days have passed from dispatch without delivery
Reshipped parcels follow the same timelines as original orders. A reship is not available if tracking shows the parcel was delivered successfully, or if it was returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order — especially apartment numbers, postal codes, and country selection.
For orders containing multiple items, we reship only the undelivered items, not the full order.
Country-Specific Customs Notes
- United States: De minimis threshold is USD 800. Most individual orders clear without duty. Higher-value shipments may attract additional scrutiny.
- European Union: All commercial imports are subject to VAT at entry. Delays of 5–15 days for EU customs are common.
- Australia & Canada: Customs agencies are generally efficient; most parcels clear within 3 business days.
- United Kingdom: Post-Brexit import VAT applies to all goods over GBP 135. Expect customs contact for payment before release.
- Brazil, Russia, UAE: These routes can be slower. Add an extra 10–20 days to your expected window.
When to Contact Support
Reach out to our support team if any of the following apply:
- No tracking update for more than 12 business days at the same status
- Tracking shows "seized", "refused entry", or "return to sender"
- You received a customs notice you do not understand
- More than 40 business days have passed with no delivery
- Tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel (report within 5 days of the marked delivery date)
When contacting support, include your order number, the tracking number, and a screenshot of the latest tracking status. This lets us respond quickly without back-and-forth.
Avoiding Delays on Future Orders
A few steps reduce the chance of customs issues on your next purchase. Ordering single pairs rather than bulk quantities attracts less scrutiny. Choosing a shipping address where someone is home for delivery prevents missed-delivery returns. If you have had a parcel seized before, consider a different delivery address.
