International & Overseas Buyers: Shipping, Customs & After-Sales FAQ Print

  • 0

Ordering from outside our home market — the UK, EU, Australia, the Gulf and beyond? Here are direct answers to the questions overseas buyers ask most.

Shipping method & transit time

To meet delivery times we ship by air freight as standard. The shipping fee is charged separately from the product price. If you prefer, we can also arrange sea freight at a much lower cost — just note the transit time is considerably longer. Air parcels to the UK typically arrive within about 7–11 days; other regions vary (see our Shipping & Delivery article for a full regional breakdown).

Customs & import charges

Your parcel is declared by us as the sender, using a discreet, generic description — we do not list brand or style names, and the declared value is kept low, so the paperwork does not reveal the actual contents. Import duties or VAT, where a country applies them, remain the buyer’s responsibility. In practice the vast majority of personal-use parcels clear without any charge or contact.

What if my parcel is inspected or held?

Customs carry out random spot-checks in transit, but the chance of any single parcel being selected is very low, and to date our overseas parcels have an excellent clearance record. In the rare event a parcel is stopped, contact us with your order and tracking details — we stay on it with you and work through it until it is resolved, and where the tracking evidence supports it we arrange a replacement shipment.

Returns, size exchange & quality assurance

Because you are located overseas, we are not able to offer physical returns for repair or size exchange once an item has shipped — international round-trips are impractical and the return postage often exceeds the item’s value. Please take a moment on sizing before ordering, and message us if you are unsure; we will help you choose the right size.

To protect you, every item is re-inspected right before dispatch so it leaves us with no quality defects, and we send you real QC photos of your exact items to approve before it is sent. You can expect the highest 1:1 standard across trainers, garments and watches. If something genuinely arrives wrong or defective, our photo-based resolution process (replacement, store credit or refund) is covered in our Returns, Refunds and Resolving Issues article.
